IASS Advisor supported me very well, in a time that I was totally lost, afraid and just wanted the best for my son in his support. Was a satisfaction when I spoke to hear and she gave the feedback. Moreover, few weeks after she called me to make sure things I planned was happening, that call makes me feel really supported because, she was interested in help, much more than just a random call that she answers and skipped for the next customer. looking back, now that I have a great EHCP, DLA, I feel the impartial support was a point to access all support he needed.
